The Wimbush Bakery was here on Market Street for several decades. The Three Cooks was formed when three small bakeries Clarks Bakery, Stephen’s Bakery and Wimbush the Bakers combined.

The Three Cooks Bakery on Market Street was loved by many for its bacon and sausage savouries long before Greggs began to takeover the high street. Unfortunatly the Three Cooks chain entered in to administration in 2006.

The Salvation Army charity shop opened in 2018.
